About the artist

Born in Aberfeldy, Perthshire, and long resident in Manchester. PETER SEAL is an artist who works in a variety of media – collage, painting and sculpture. Mike Butler’s first choice of illustrator for Sounding the Century: Bill Leader & Co.; he jokes is that keeping Peter Seal sweet is like keeping James Brown funky. Peter is married to Sheila, with two children, Jack and Rachel, and one grand-daughter, Daphne.
